These practical classes are designed to give participants a greater understanding of meditation and even more importantly, to show individuals how to incorporate meditation into their everyday lives. Benefits from the practice of meditation include: greater peace and understanding deeper insight improved health and well-being enhancement of work and relationships. The classes focus on practical techniques which can be incorporated into participants' lives on a day to day basis.
